Can't install my printer?

I entail help. I am scientifically challenged, so please try to answer surrounded by english. I just bought the computer (emachine.) It have windows vista. It will not permit me install the printer (HP Photosmart C3180 All-in-one) At one point I did have it hooked up and printing, but it wouldn't scan. What do I do?

i doubt that nearby are drivers for your printer for vista. Without the right drivers your computer doesnt know how to talk to your printer....dont verbs i have an HP adjectives in one as economically and i dont have drivers for vista all the same...be patient
Got HP website for systematic support. They know more about it, because they are the one who built and developed the said printer.

un plug the printer and unistall the printer(you can do that by going to your start menu and printers and faxers). consequently install the software and then plug the printer backbone in when it tell you to. it is just something next to the hp software.
If it's not a compatabilty issue, you may need to disable any antivirus software you enjoy runnning, install the printer, then turn the anti virus pay for on.
