If you can set up and install a printer or scanner after you will have no trouble setting up an adjectives in one printer scanner fax copier, heaps are instal software then connect up the hardware and away you progress. Yes, most are cheap to run its the ink that can cost a lot depending on the model you choose, however the merely problem I can see with the "All contained by one models" is that if just one of the functions break down, close to the printer wont work, or the scanner is faulty later it will make the rest of the items useless, so I would opt for separates, might clutch up a little more space but consequently if one of the functions breaks down or stops working at least you simply have to sort out, or replace that bit instead of the together lot as one, also stay well clear of the brand dub Lexmark they are cheap and nasty and don't hold a good reputation so be warn.

its fundamentally convenient to have an all-in-one printer. economical. space investor and easy to install. But... when the motherboard or the major unit is diluted, the whole component will not work and the manufacturer or the repair shops charge 2-3x the regular price (if its not contained by the warranty anymore). If you buy a separate units, its advantageous (calculate the price and you wont see a big difference). Just resembling any others, i recommend HP. to sum it all up, its up to you, simply consider these facts. Thanks!
As all of the previous answers influence - yes for easy set up. Cheap, powerfully that depends on how much you print (due to cartridges) and what functions you want( like automatic treatise feed, faster print speeds,etc). When buying check for networkability if using near more than one pc. also if it is a bright computer look for OS compatability.
Quality is in the identify and what one gets used to using within a product in setting it up and make less burdensome of operation but check what the cost down the line will be contained by regards to other things, close to ink!
