the tabloid stretching during printing depends on a few factors,
1) the type of quality newspaper, coated, vs similie paper,
2) the size, A4 or A0 size, single side printing or double sided printing
3)single pass(on a 4 color press vs single color machine)
4)rotary cut or ream cut, etc, etc
5)the packings lower than the blanket & your offset plates
6) the pressure adjustment betewwn the 3 rollers the plate, blanket & pressure
usually it is printing along the pellet rather than across the particle,
