Why is my printer not printing blind correctly?

The printed out page look like words,numbers and symbols how do i fix it

If you are discussion about blind print, you have to smooth mixture this somewhere for the printer to print it. On my keyboard, I press CTRL later Print Screen (the key above the insert-home-pageup keys). Go to clipboard or notepad and smooth mixture the screen print, consequently print it.
