What is accurate printer that refill won't cost more than the printer?
Answer:
There are 2 type of printers. the one that have it's printer's head attached to the print tape ( like most of HP printer's videotape. you can see a copper circuit plate is attached to the cartridge)
The other kind is the one that have it's printer's head attached to the printer ( close to most of Epson printers, the cartridge doesn't own any circuit plate, and it's just a reservoir for ink)
The second type has cheaper ink and easier to reload.

Any printer thats not Dell or specific to a abiding company. I haven't purchased a printer in a while but if enunciate staples has a brand printer that would be wonderful.
Just make sure that the printer you purchase, the refill are not printer specific. Meaning you can buy a different brand refill.
Good Luck!
I enjoy tried many printers and find that the HP smudge is the most dependable for me. Cannon is probably the next. Epson be the worse. No such thing as cheap ink. Some of the stock up kits will incentive your print heads to clog and consequently you have to replace the printer, so be wary with that method.
