It could end up man cheaper than fixing the faulty one you hold, esspicially if ; "dennyob44" has have the same problem and tried factory replacements & also some comp experts next to no luck?

I don't have an answer, but I am experiencing like problem. I've done everything, including cleaning and replacing cartridges with no luck. I've even talk to a couple of experts here in the USA and they don't hold a solution. Tried restoring factory defaults, as someone said this would work, but it didn't. Hope someone out within has an answer.
It is a problem next to your print head. Take it to a HP peddler to have it repaired.
