I own a Deskjet 612 C HP and the top light keep blinking and won't print. I think it desires the cartridges realigned but not sure how; the instructions for this are on the help menu but it won't align according to these instructions.

videotape name mentioned on it will be facing towards u and the ciruits print will be matching which is on the printer
close the door of the cartridges, if still the printer is blink it will be the error message displaying no paper or asking you to nurture paper,
if still the error is displayed here may be a problem swtich which is not functioning or damaged
