There is always bound to be some toner and ozone escape and everyone in your bureau is exposed to it, more or less. In a well-maintained printer, it should be minimal. The most important problem comes during toner change if it is not done scarcely and a lot might bring back released into the air. When they are doing it, thieve a walk to the water-cooler.

Absolutely true. toxic, but unlikely you would be subjected to much of the chemical. Photocopiers are much worse. They can cause unadulterated problems.

Mostly it could be a risk to your audible range. If it emits a piercing sound, it can create hearing problems beside your high frequency ranges. Any strident printer can cause problems too.
There is no evidence that a printer have any damage to your robustness if you sit near or subsequent to it. Laser printers and ink based printers hold been around for a long time presently, nobody has be diagnosed with a form problem related to a printer.
My printer is 6" away from me and has be there for years, I'm OK (I think) but the toner is kept very well inside its cartridge, unless it exploded I don't conjecture we are at risk.
Only if you ever detect the sweet smell of ozone coming from it. If it smells that strong then it's insalubrious but only feeble or badly maintain laser printers or photocopiers should do this.
not unless you have a strong urge to drink the toner you should be fine. printers enjoy a funny way of getting you to do this though so resist the urge!!

Laser or Ink Jet?
Laser is a self contained toner specifically fused prior to ejecting the dissertation with the finished product. It lone releases loose toner when malfunctioning. Cleaning is with a vacum so as not to blow any remnants around the organization. Health wise I deem you are safe. Anecdotal evidence -that I know guys that own been fixing them for years and none hold died or wears any protective gear during routine running of laser printers.
However isn't that annoying to have it going stale and making noise adjectives the time when you are trying to work? I would want it moved just over that!
Ink Jet- is juice ink and there lately isn't any aerosol dispersement to create a safety issue.
Toner is singular dangerous if you are inhaling it.
once it runs through the printer, the fuser melds it to the page, it is not precarious that way. However if you are refill toner and inhaling large quantity of the stuff, then you should be worried.
no i don't judge so!! you don't inhale the toner do you? well to label sure, see that you have fair ventilation, and wear gloves when shifting the cartridge, surrounded by case it have a carcinogen.
