My lexmark printer is printing everything highlighted contained by washed out, how can I stop this?

dance to lexmark's website, and go to support and choose your printer. choose the live chat bit. i just get done with them, and they are really helpful. if ure product is defective, they will even exchange it for free! (mine be defective) hope this helps!
Hi. Your color videotape may be out of one color. Try running the "Clean print nozzles" utility.
You may have simply accidentally hit the "highlight" button. It is on the Formatting toolbar surrounded by Word, just to the not here of the font color button. It is a toggle - press for on or off.
Check adjectives the cartridges. Except yellow others may be abandoned.
Remove all the color cartridges and replace beside a set of new cartridges.
