My CRT 19 inch Viewsonic monitor is heavily flickering shaking and bouncing - give a hand!!?

I can scarcely read it and it is about to present me a seizure - how can this problem be fixed?? This monitor is going on for 3 years old and have been heavily used.

Whats the Display Resolution and energize rate you are using.

If some one has changed the Resolution or Refresh Rate afterwards your monitor would show such signs.

Right click on the Desktop Select Properties and Lower the resoultion by sliding the dar to 800X600.

Click the Advanced button and change the liven up rate to 70 or 75.

That's kind of childish for a monitor to go. That brand have some really good warranty, so give them a telephone. Mine was for 3 years, and it be just below 3 years when it died, so it was a free fix. But it sure sounds approaching its on it way to the trashcan. If it is beneath warranty, be sure to package it drastically well until that time sending it in. FedEx ground is pretty cheap and brisk. .
