How can i close my laptop?because its other baggy and never close when i suppose to ruin it.?

i can in actuality use all the panel and adjectives the things in my computer but the problem is when im already done and close it its other hang and never close

I think by close you penny-pinching "Shut down" and by hanging you imply "standby"? I think more details are needed. Does it not shutdown when you physically close the lid? Have you tried (if windows) going start-->shut down?
