Why does my computer blind rear?

It used to drop just on experience. Currently it's like a pulsating lunge. It's really annoying me and freaking me out. I checked the outlet and it doesn't seem to be the problem.
Is it my blind? Or my processer that is cause it? What's going on?

1. Make sure your monitor is plugged in adjectives the way and the screw that screw the cord to both your monitor and your computer are tight so you have a right connection.
2. Degauss the monitor. If you dont know how to do that, check beside your monitor manufacturer. Check the re-acquaint yourself with rate on your monitor and see if it is right. 60 usually works well for almost any monitor.
3. It could be your video adapter. Go to device officer, find your video adapter, then try uninstalling the adapter and reinstalling it.
Have you checked the energize rate for your video card or that its drivers are up to date or that the drivers aren't missing?
Check your connection to your notebook. I could be your video card if you have one but I dought it. It's most imagined your monitor. If you have a monitor menu, on your monitor, try "auto adjust" or "degause". If this doesn't serve, it's time for a new one.
Sounds resembling your monitor is borked. Try a different monitor which is known to work. If it's a laptop, it might still own a socket to plug in an external monitor for trialling.
