Problem next to crt monitor: resolution and galvanize rate.?
if i use 800x600 60 hertz, picture fit the eyeshade but is deformed: in the center logo is enlarged and in the departed and right is compressed. in duplicate way i estimation the picture when windows starts until resolution is set at 1152x864 60 hertz wich i use for desktop.
if i use 800x600 70 hertz, it looks suitable, it is not deformed but the picture doesn't fit the screen. i stipulation to manually adjust from monitor menu.
if i use 1152x864 70 hertz on desktop, image is foggy.
if i use 60 hertz on desktop later when i open a winter sport in 800x600 it uses 60 hertz on spectator sport so i view a deformed picture.
if i use 70 hertz on desktop then when i unambiguous a game within 800x600 it uses 70 hertz on game so i entail to adjust from monitor menu.
why is the picture deformed in 800x600 60 hertz? it worked fine until i installed "internet" and modem. is possible crt is worn out? can i fix this? i want not to change settings every time i start a hobby. if you need more information to minister to me please send a e-mail. i really need relieve. thank you.

The monitor is trying to display the best picture it can from the information that windows is giving to it.
The monitor is not tatty, but it cannot display things that are meant for 1152 x 864 indistinguishable in 800 x 600.
If regular size = 1152 x 864 @ 60 Hz and is ok:
afterwards:
800 x 600 @ 60 Hz = squished picture (picture too large, so window & monitor doing best to give central point of picture most clear)
800 x 600 @ 70 Hz = refresh rate changed thus picture size changed
1152 x 864 @ 70 Hz = foggy (picture difficult for monitor to display thus have fuzzy look)
Changing from one resolution to another will cause any edges of picture go too far or will look squished.
Best solution is try 1024 x 768 @ 75 Hz. This is a adjectives setting for most monitors & a lot of software/game programs. It combines perfect refesh rate with righteous quality video resolution. That or surrounded by video game settings transmute the video settings in team game to use the best settings it can or take the settings from your window directly, that will hopefully solve the problem...
