How can i solve power or display problem?

Yesterday I be working on computer and suddenly computer got switched rotten. when I tried to start again it makes problem

1. When I am trying to start computer is running (*FAN AND POWER SUPPLY FAN) is on but its not giving display on monitor and monitor GREEN LIGHT is blinking and

2. sometime it started and suddenly switch sour before log contained by.

Dear Friend ,its becoz of RAM
1) Just Remove ur RAM from ur MB and rub gently beside cotton cloth or with tissue quality newspaper and Plug it again in Same slot
Or
2) Plug it surrounded by another Slot It may resolve ur Problem
inform service center
there might be problam near you RAM check
