Whats this point that looks similar to a pelt on my monitor?

It really looks resembling a short fine hair surrounded by the side of my monitor, but I cant wipe it off! What could it be? Is at hand anyway to be rid of it?

Answer:
Its probably a scratch inside the peak material. If it is white contained by color, then it may be a bunch of fruitless pixels. I assume you have a LCD eyeshade.
It sounds like a score. I don't think there's anything you can do.
I don`t know its ur weave!?
