Computer eyeshade blackout?

hello everyone, of late yesterday i installed internet 7 and strangely after like 1 hour of using it,the blind just lag and i had to restart computer manually. When i try to plain the screen switches on (turns blue) and afterwards within a few second the monitor shuts back rotten (orange which is standby) I can still hear the computer is running, i think it is newly the monitor that has the problem, can anyone oblige me in this situation.

Also, The problem is i cant even see whats going on to identify and fix the problem because the monitor is not switching on....

P.S - 1 week since the incident i increased the refresh rate from 65 Hz to 75, could that be the problem? the increase within quality adjectives oout the mechanics of the monitor?(very unlikely but its worth the mention)

Thanks so much if anyone can help me!!

Answer:
Yes, varying the refresh rate can do this. You probably set the strengthen rate outside of what the monitor can handle. You probably didn't ruin it, but it can be a pain to fix sometimes.

The first item to try is seeing if you can go into Safe Mode and tuning it. Safe Mode loads a minimum level of drivers, and disables closely of settings. When you are starting your computer, start pressing F8. You should get a menu that have an option for booting into Safe Mode. If you can attain into Windows that way, switch the galvanize rate back and next reboot normally. If it is an LCD monitor, most of them enjoy a refresh rate of 60hz.

If this doesn't work, you may enjoy to see if you can find another monitor you can use to attach to the machine. Switch it final, and then reattach your older monitor. There are a few other tricks too, but these are the first to try.
