PC mouse stops and stuck on website until I turn sour laptop?
Would a wireless mouse and the ivories make a difference. I am not sure what cause this to stop dead when I am reading websites.
Answer:
I reason there is something wrong near your computer, virus or something. Changing the mouse wont help. Could could be own some hardware failure also. I would draw from it checked out at a service center.
Can you do anything else, like Alt-F4 or Control-Alt-Delete?
Wireless have nothing to do near it. It's either your computer freaking out or the website is so slow, it chokes everything up. I enjoy my mouse mysteriously shut itself off once surrounded by a while, and unplugging and trying a different usb port works, weird.
You have need of to figure out if it is a problem next to your web program or beside your computer.
If your mouse is working fine for other programs (e.g. solitaire, calculator, media player) afterwards it is a problem with your browser cause your computer to lock up.
I seriously doubt that moving to a wireless would solve this.
If you have a hardware problem cause the PC to lock up, it is probably in the system board, not the mouse.
Try doing other things on the PC short using the Internet and see if it locks up. If not, then the problem is your browser. If so, the problem is the PC.
This may nouns non-sensical, but you may be having trouble beside your display driver. A system freeze when online is often a symptom of driver incompatibility or a video card going down. Figure out what sort of video card or integrated video system you enjoy and find out if newer drivers are available from the manufacturer. I would pass that a shot as it is cheaper (free) vs going out and buying a new wireless keyboard/mouse.
In yesteryear when I have have those problems, drivers or a new card other solved the issue. Hope its not the card, cuz they are a bit pricier than mice and keyboards.< (which I doubt is the problem)
After that see if you can find a new driver, or reinstall the outmoded driver for your mouse. If those two ideas don't work, ask again while stating those two planning as NO Go's
The computer mouse is the most extensively used user interface device and usually has to to be replaced or repaired first. You own to clean the bottom surface frquently. Please look in the followng link for detailed information.
