How do I carry rid of vertical blue row down my eyeshade?

I purchased a trial monitor a bigger one, but now theres this blue smudge going down the left side of the blind which didn't happen on my elder smaller monitor. I'm pretty sure the line shows up because it be probably the boundary of my old monitor, but how can I go and get rid of it?
