My computer lcd monitor have a problem?

I am using Samsung 226BW next to the digital cable and it had no problem until today's morning. This is what happen in the afternoon. I turned my computer on and the skylight xp was loaded and later suddenly my monitor changed to black&white. Yeah, no color. I upgraded the graphic driver and it didn't work so I switched to analog and the color be back. But when I switched rear to digital, it was black and white again. So what's the problem? Is it my pictographic card or my monitor? My monitor is two months old and I get my graphic card finishing year.

Answer:
If the monitor works with color contained by analog, then it's fine (pixel's).

I would enunciate that it is the video card's itself or the settings...

did you try to adjust gamma, hue, etc in display control's.....and window display settings?
Sounds like your video card. Do you own onboard video built into your motherboard? If so, remove the card you bought and plug the analog into that and see if you get a regular picture. If you do, afterwards you know what the problem is.
Try reloading the driver for the Monitor
Try hooking up your monitor to another computer. Ask a friend or whoever. It will only purloin a minute. If the color comes on it's the video card in your tool or the drivers. Try updating the drivers at that point. Then replace the video card. Some people enjoy old video cards lay around also. You could try sliding in another video card to see if the monitor works.
