to be precise a setting for your graphics card. From control panel select Display, then shift to Settings then click the advanced button. It will be surrounded by there.
right click on your peak and go to pictographic options .. after graphic properties ... and click the circle beside common..
Use the menu button on your monitor to adjust the settings to the ones you want.
