The problem probably due to...
1. poor connection between the monitor plug and the video card socket, tighten the 2 screw on plug
2. faulty monitor cable, if you tight screwed the plug to the socket and jiggle the signal cable, the screen flash rear to normal.
3. flawed monitor plug, frequent unplug and plug cause at lowest possible a pin on the plug out of place, except broken, gently bend contained by back contained by place.
reboot pc if you competent to stablize the condition on normal again.
