There's nil you can do. Don't use it anymore it may explode. Don't try to open monitors and dry it sour too because it contains lots of voltage that can kill you instantly. Call the entrepreneur of the monitor and ask for assistance. Most likely you involve to buy a new monitor.

Seriously, disconnect the monitor and bring it under direct sunlight for a couple of days. It should dry up anything liquid that's not here inside.
don't used it. remove the power plug and use vaccum cleaner or something that put air next to pressure into the monitor. when water is come out or evoprate use ur monitor.
