Pc problem ??

ive put mine up the top and it drives the wife nuts
and next she says can't use your laptop the bar in the wrong place.

if you click on the fishing rod (an area in need any applications etc) you should be able to drag and drop it posterior to the bottom of the screen.
Just click and drag it stern to the bottom!
right click on it and make sure LOCK THE TOOLBAR isnt ticked, consequently, drag it to the bottom and relock it
Click and drag.
Put the pointer over an empty quantity of the bar, hold the gone button, and drag it until the outline is where you want it, next let budge and it'll move there.
If you right click the pub once its in place, and choose "lock the taskbar" it won't move again unless you uncheck "lock the taskbar".
the other approach is go to start, settings,taskbar and startmanu its even more helpfull im sure u must hav get it fixd by now.
Can i suggest when you've get it back, you right click it and lock it
