How do you turn a flat eyeshade monitor into a tv?

I'm not in actuality connecting it to a pc, and nor do I want to scrutinize tv on a computer. So please don't tell me take a tuner card or something like that. My dated tv broke and I have nought else to plug in my ps3 to or keep under surveillance tv on.

You can get an external tuner for PC monitors. I know they used to engender them for VGAs, not sure if they make them for DVI, but you can go and get VGA to DVI adapters easy plenty...

without a tuner, your'e out of luck, its a different signal. Just progress buy a new tv. The dated crt style ones are very cheap in a minute, or get one at a thrift store for 10 bucks.

Well you can achieve a dvi to hdmi cable to play your ps3 on it if your monitor has dvi ..
but since the monitor have no tuner, you cant watch tv.

ably the only road for it to work is if you have a video contained by .. on your computer unless you have a video card that have video in your out of luck
Does your flat blind has any S-video input ? Does your flat eyeshade takes merely the Din15 ? If so, then no, it can not be done lacking a PC.
