My computer settings get changed immediately my peak and tool tablet are so stretched its stale the peak?

when i unscrew windows its so streched i cant see the close or minimize maximize buttons adjectives when im on the desk top its streched my blue toolber at the bottom with the start menu is so streched i cant see date and time and i dont know what setting changed this can some on assist ive gone to all the tool handrail settingsbut nothing say minimize or back to or unravel and i already reboted

try the input button on your monitor. It always works for me contained by Linux when the tool bar go off the peak.
press the menu button on ur monitor and from there find any a box with arrows pointing moved out and right and you should be able to fix it.
on your browser, click outlook, check text sizeing, try that.
when system starts place cursor surrounded by center of screen away from any shortcuts right click mouse when skylight opens click properties , when glass opens click settings move slide bar as far to the right as possible click OK wait for prompt click adopt or OK then close fanlight
restart and see if this helped. but for restart again
when blue screen appears hold down F10 switch
follow prompts for system restore {DO Not use advanced restore at this time} just walk to system restore and restore system.
If all else fail start and hold Down F10 key click on advanced push button [ NOTE by doing this you will lose ALL I repeat ALL files your system will be restored and hard drive reformatted to untried computer settings.
