How do i adjustment the toolbar from vertical to horizontal?

Do you be going to Toolbar or Taskbar? You can move the Taskbar but you can only move the Toolbar contained by MS Office.
To move the Taskbar first make sure it is unlocked. To do that right click on it and click Lock the Taskbar.
Then click on and drag the taskbar to any fold of the screen.
The Taskbar is the one next to the Start button.
For the Toolbar in MS Office, in recent times click and drag.
Double click on a blank spot on the bar, hold the second click and drag it to where on earth you want it.
