Projector not displaying monitor peak.?

it worked automatically near my laptop and dvd player, but not my desktop. why?

Answer:
go into the start menu and click on control panel.
click on displays and cause the required changes - sometimes yu want to display on both screen or you can go to a moment ago screen #2.
