I have previously asked for help near getting the tool bar down to the bottom since it moved to the top, tried the answer results and very soon it is covering half of my eyeshade, what do I do now?
Answers:
click on lock the tool shaft then bring it down.
Right- click on some desolate space on the task lump, and uncheck Lock The Taskbar if it is checked. Now left- click and hold on some empty space on the duty bar, and drag it to the bottom of the screen- It will return itself to its ingenious position.
