Changing your resolution may help out but it's also possible that other video settings were changed, such as Font & Icon size. i think u hold changed the resolution of ur screen
right click on desktop>properties>settings>sh... the slide dowel to the right and set the desired resolution.
Hold Ctrl button then scroll your mouse.
Or Ctrl ++ (Increase) and Ctrl+- (Decrease)
