Dell Dimension 2400 is the term and model of the computer not the monitor model. I need the model number for the monitor so I can see if in that is any troubleshooting information for it. The model number should be somewhere on the monitor.
By the way you didn't do anything wrong. If you can get hold of to the safe mode menu but can't catch into safe mode in need this error then you did everything right. It's simply this is preventing you from accessing past the worst mode.
