Are you chitchat about an LCD peak where in attendance is no backlight, but you can sort of see that the screen is working?
If so, your monitor is broken. It may be possible to fix, but since you are asking here, you probably withdrawal the tools/skill to do so.
If it is under warranty, exchange it for a strange one.
If not, buy a new one.
If, it work, do not fix it.
