Whenever it starts up that little spot is white. Once near is finally some color on the screen, the little spot become just a blur. Is near anyway i can fix this? this is a brand new moniter, but it involve "8 defects" in decree to fix it... BS but w/e i just want to try and fix it

People tend to place their speakers right subsequent to the CRT which can cause a problem due to the magnets contained by the speakers.
Degaussing is your only material remedy if there are no magnets implicit by.
this requires a new monitor, sorry for the desperate news! i have to send mine contained by and get a unknown monitor!
Try degaussing it. Some combination of buttons on the front should activate a degauss command, which can fix abundant display problems.
