How to reset pixels on computer eyeshade?

Hi. How can I reset the pixels on my laptop eyeshade? Thanks.

if you are talking in the order of black dots on your screen (dead pixels) near is no cure for that short of replacing the screen.
you can reset resolution by going to start - control panel - display and settings. Not sure thats what you want but i surmise it is
