When I start up my Dell 2400, I bring back a Frequency out of Range Error.?

I cannot enter nontoxic mode, and I have a built within video card.

It could be one of two things.

1. Your refresh rate is too large or low. Changing it from the usual default of for example 60hz to 70hz could end in this error.

2. Your resolution is set too high, i.e. your max resolution is 1280x1024 and you own it set at 1440x900 or some other higher resolution.
