Dual eyeshade (LCD + projector) and video/movie files.?
Answer:
Hiya Wayne,
This is a agreed problem with rmvb authentic media files played on newer version of RealPlayer and using dual monitors.
To fix it try this:
1) Launch the RealPlayer application.
2) In RealPlayer, choose Tools then Preferences.
3) Choose Hardware from the document and on the bottom right you will see the Video Card Compatibility slider.
4) Move the slider all the route left to Most reliable.
5) Click OK to exit, and quit RealPlayer.
6) Open it again and try playing the content.
GOOD LUCK!!
If your computer have a button that allows you to toggle between LCD and CRT monitors (in this case, the computer considers your projector to be a CRT monitor) preserve pressing that until you see video on both. If you have a Dell, this will probably be Fn + F8.
Wayne, i don't know if your sound out has already be answered by "accessdeneyed" but if you are using XP, it is notorious for man akward and rubbish with video on dual-screen. Are you proverb that although stuff appears on both, not all the stuff appears on both adjectives of the time? which is what you want?
Can't you connect a main splash from your computer to the VGA in on your projector, afterwards connect your monitor to the VGA out on the projector?
I believe that this is a directX 'feature'.
You might try a different program to play your video files.
go to the electric shop and ask for a 1 video output to 2 video input cable.
important: minute that the male and feminine sockets for the input and output on the ends of the cables and the lcd and projector if can affiliate!
