Computer have eyemap & things on the eyeshade are perceptible to PC owner individual & not to bystanders?

This impression of eye-mapping or more clearly eye frequency (not eye movement) to be recognised by my PC and things on the screen are marked to me only, no bystander can recognise what i am doing next to PC.
