Monitor surrounded by power-save mode?

It just happens whenever I attempt to play games on my computer, and I'm not really sure why.

About 5 minutes into the hobby it will get stuck within power-save mode.

I've already tried going to control panel>power options> and putting "never" for the hibernation, turn off monitor, system stand by, and turn bad hard-disks.

Does anyone know what to do?

it could be your graphics card...it may not be able to support the hobby you are playing. ALso, make sure there's nought overheating in your gadget.
