I own had different colored vertical lines across my eyeshade for almost a year, it never hindered my ability to see the blind though. Within the past 24 hours I've have a 2 inch wide vertical block of white flicker contained by and out on my screen. when it disappears for short period I can see my screen again and when its on the blind I can see my curser disappear behind it consequently reappear from the other side. I've changed the monitor settings over and over hoping something would work, it hasn't but it hasn't made it worse either. adjectives the lines don't appear until windows loads, I've used both mcafee & webroot to scan for problems but I don't show any.
