Monitor eyeshade is shivering?

My system runs on window 2000 OS and it is new and once in a blue moon used too. Recently the monitor started trembling not the letters. But it is abundantly more disturbance for me. One of my friend asked me to change the advanced settings within the screen properly. That does not solve my problem. Do backing me.

You in recent times try to remove your UPS connection and plug you computer to direct wall for a while. you can in a minute feel the change. If everything is going well, replug near UPS and place UPS at a distant of 2 metre...

second thing:::same inthe travel case of CPU also. keep it contained by some another place or place it at the bottom of Monitor, that means no stipulation to allow to face the fascinating effect of CPU with monitor.

1.)Change the resolution

Right click on desktop properties setting

2.)Change the adapter type

Right click on desktop properties setting advanced adapter

3.)Change the frequency

Right click on desktop properties setting advanced adapter monitor

Take it in to attain it repaired. If that doesn't work, get a foreign one.
you can get this near power surges etc. you got protection for that surrounded by a 4way or summat? also if your speakers are too close it messes it up. used to get matching thing on my tv when the microwave be on downstairs!
