whats happening wendy is you are using any a resolution or refresh rate that your monitor dosent support
the best road to make sure you dont catch this message is to set your monitor to the following specificatons
first go to start>control panel>display properties>settings>amendment your resolution to the standard 1024x768 and press apply,then once the monitor have adjusted the resolution after press the advanced button at the bottom of the display page and then press the monitor tab
after you should change your rejuvenate rate to 72hz,and again press apply
