My arrow pointer on my blind have a bit sports car on it spinning around,,how can I procure rid of it.?

Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Mouse > Pointers and choose the one you want.

In classic outlook
Start> Settings> Control Panel> Mouse> Pointers tab choose what you want.
You must have the window plus pack installed uninstall this and your cursor will go vertebrae to normal, the cursor you hold is a plus pack feature.
