When I power on my laptop, I can hear the domestic device start running, but after nil shows up on the LCD...?

So I craft sure it's charged, and I power on my laptop, and I hear the stuff running, and then hanger-on go on, and some sounds, but the LCD never shows anything. What do I do to fix it?

Answer:
It could be due to a few reason:

1. Your copy of OS is corrupted --> Do a reinstall using the recovery disc provided.

2. Your LCD is broken --> Try to plug your laptop to a working Monitor and see whether anything shows up.

3. Accidentally the monitor display function is set to the wrong output --> Try to toggle your monitor display setting.
few things.. could be the screen, or a switch. I have an IBM that a little switch so when you closed the cover it shut the peak off automatically--well it get stuck, once we got it unstuck everything be fine. Do you have a port to hook up an external monitor? If so you can see if it is the laptop or a moment ago the screen. Good luck.
that scheme your laptop is unable to boot up. possibly you need to check your memory first, re-seat them next check the compatibility. then check the general cable of LCD . third step-- motherboard.
