My computer have a black eyeshade, surrounded by the upper departed paw corner it say NTLDR is missing, can I fix this?

Reinstall your system's operating system*. Insert the untested operating system CD into your CD/DVD drive and reboot the computer. NOTE: You want the operating system compact disc, which may or may not be the Recovery CD. Many Recovery CDs will wipe the system and reset it hindmost to when it was fresh...i.e., any personal files that you have on the computer are ERASED. If you do not enjoy the right CD, want professional help.
If you own the right CD, verbs. Watch the prompts carefully. You want to repair the existing operating system, short using the recovery console**. Windows should install over the top of itself, and repair any problems similar to NTLDR missing.

Insert the Windows XP bootable disc into the computer.
When prompted to press any key to boot from the disc, press any key.
Once contained by the Windows XP setup menu press the "R" key to repair Windows.
