I am surrounded by the market to purchase a tentative computer. I want a good computer such as hp, dell, or something reliable. I want a 19 inch monitor and a tv tuner, or however i can pick up tv in need cables to the actual tv set...it will be used for home and university use...no gaming but my requirements are the 19 inch monitor and the tv tuner and i would like microsoft organization 2003 or 2007 whichever is the best buy. I really dont want to spend more than $800.

I've bought Dell and haven't had any problems. Their tech support be helpful within choosing the lowest priced item that fit my needs. I own had problems beside Gateway and wouldn't recommend them.
as long as you dont get a Apple or dell....you should be fine
