How do I turn sour the power-saving on my monitor?

It can be highly annoying when watching a movie and then the eyeshade just go onto power saving! How can I knock this sour? I will be most greatfull for any help! Thanks contained by advance!

Answer:
It is hugely simple
First you right click on your desktop (of course with everything minimized)
Next run to Properties
Then click on the tab labeled Screen Saver
Then you will see an option on the bottom that say Power
Click on it and change the settings...
I'm assuming it's Windows XP. Go to Start - Settings - Control Panel. You will see a Power Options statue. Double click on it.

In the Power Schemes tab, you wil see "turn off monitor after" set this to never, or 1 hour...doesn`t matter what you like.
On a window PC - go to the control panel - power settings and look at the power setup for your blind (ie - screen timeout). If the setting at hand is not the culprit - it's something in the setup of the monitor itself - if it IS that - post the brand name and model and I will research for you.
Go to your desktop and left click on it. Then move about under Properties, next click on the Screen Saver tab and click on the Power button. There, it will give you an remedy to turn power save bad.
