How do I relate Nvidia graphics card to distribute signal to my computer monitor?

I'm running Windows Media Centre Xp, and using an Nvidia graphics card.

It sends video via s-video to my TV, but I would similar to it to send it via the monitor cable to my PC monitor. How do I do that?
