Computer Problems?

Ok I shut sour my computer, and the next hours of daylight i went to turn it on, but nil displayed on the monitor. I put my hand on notebook and it was on, a short time ago nothing be displaying on the monitor. I turned it off and tried again, but still nought. Its not the monitor because we attached a different pc to it and it works fine.

Answers:
It is hardware problem (no virus problem).
-It could be videocard have become loose.
-Check the pin on both monitor connector and video card connector (sometime pins in connector acquire bend)
could be a virus that has artificial your display adapter files. you need to format the PC using DOS boot.
Check to see if the video card be rattled or something and either have a loose connection or if the monitor to video card nouns was not firm.
This Problem is usually because of Damaged RAM. Try shifting the RAM.

It could also be a disk failure, but first try varying the RAM.
Three issues can cause Video issues. Assuming you own power then it could be video card memory or processor. These should adjectives be taken out and put back a moment ago to eliminate a impossible connection. Especially the bump. If you remove all of the push you should get error beep. If this doesn't happen later there is something else wrong next to the PC.
have you tried to remove the power cord and return pay for? if nothing happen, check the fan surrounded by the power supply, if its not running, your power supply is defectve... if its running when you power on and still no display, open the cover and try to remove the video card..after power on, you should here a beeps.. 1 long blare and 2 short beeps..that channel you mother board is still OK, try to remove all the cards one by one to isolate the problem, including the power of cd rom and tricky drive..check also the memory..
Did you get any beep? Open the PC to see if the board displays an LED code also. The beeps or LED codes can be referenced to see what the issue is. This can be several things, but manifestly a hardware issue. Processor, Memory, Video Card, Motherboard. Power Supply is doubtful if the machine does turn on. Also, turn it on near the case bad and make sure adjectives the fans are moving, be off it on for about 10 minutes, after turn it off and touch the metal element of the case and put your paw on the video card, processor heatsink, and memory. If they are either notably cold, or extremely hot, you have a honest idea where on earth your problem is.

This is my advice, do NOT transport it to Geek Squad, PLEASE :) Go to craigslist.org and click on your local city and under services shift to computer, and find a good tech. They are cheap also, sometimes $25 get everything beyond the replacement parts. Let them know ahead of time that it is a hardware issue.
If you do find beeps or LED codes, perceive free to message me and I can help you further. What brand is this?

If you surface savvy enough, you can reseat everything, but I doubt anything come loose, it is a desktop unit, don't tend to fetch those around, yet still a possibility. A simple power surge could enjoy done something. Sometimes taking it all apart and putting it support together works, haha. Still, make sure you know what your doing, but for around $25, hit craigslist, at the thoroughly least, it is a second duet of eyes and someone to blame if more goes wrong. Just kid..
