Webkinz assistance!!??

My little sister have a webkinz and they just redo the website, so now you own to have a 1024 by 768 blind resolution. We have a 1024 by 768 blind resolution yet it isn't working lend a hand please. Now I want to make it work for her but it's not abet please.

Answers:
When you get to the man sign surrounded by screen, press CTRL F5 and the eyeshade should be reset.
I had the exact same problem and this is what I did:
Righ-Click on IE god -> General Tab -> Browsing History Settings -> under “Check for newer version of stored pages” check either “Every time I look in the webpage” or “Everytime I start IE” -> click OK and restart the browser.

Also, if you are using a shortcut from your desktop go to the actual website. Don't use the shortcut anymore because the login page be changed too.
Hit F11. It should work. Here is a cool webkinz related site that is free and fun.
