I'm looking to put a computer monitor on the wall, but I can not run a cable from the monitor to the workstation because it is a hallway. Is at hand any such thing as a "wireless monitor"?

You can buy a device that plugs into a usb port on your computer and afterwards into the monitor to do wireless displays. The drawback is the quality isn't the greatest. I saw one of these yesterday and for the enthusiasm of I can't remember what it was call.
