This could be a little things. It could be the monitor adjustments. But it could also be a discouraging monitor, bad monitor cable, or unpromising video card. You can start by wiggling the signal cord to the monitor where on earth it goes into the backbone of the computer. See if the plug is all the track in.
You might even want to try beating the monitor on the side. That is one way to see if the monitor itself is doomed to failure. If it clears up after tapping it, consequently there is a doomed to failure connection inside. You can also try borrowing a monitor and see if it looks any better. If it doesn't look any better, replace the video card.

haha grosss color. all you enjoy to do is adjust your little buttons on the actual monitor. they aren't "in the screen" they are on the outside, and you can push them within. a menu should come up and u will be able to adjust the tint..
